I had been a member of Val's Facebook group Above and Beyond the Kitchen Table for a while before I decided to invest in a tailored coaching session with Val, and I couldn't have been happier with the service provided, which was a considered and collaborative experience overall. Val is extremely approachable and knowledgable, and this approach allowed me to take a moment (which is difficult when you're a sole trader running a growing business!), and really think about where I am going, my vision, and how I am going to get there.
