Refresh & Thrive brings together a small group of thoughtful business owners who want to grow their businesses intentionally, without sacrificing their wellbeing in the process.

Together, we'll share ideas, solve challenges, celebrate progress and support one another through the inevitable highs and lows of business ownership.

How We'll Work Together

Refresh & Thrive runs over six months, combining group coaching, individual support and ongoing connection.

Before we begin, we'll have a Discovery Call to explore where you are in your business, what you're hoping to achieve and whether the mastermind feels like the right fit for you.

If we both decide it's the right next step, I'll invite you to complete a Getting to Know You Form so I can learn more about you, your business and your goals before we begin.

Every mastermind is carefully curated. I take time to get to know each member so we can create a supportive group where everyone feels comfortable contributing, learning and growing together.

• Two full-day, in-person mastermind sessions.
• One virtual group coaching session.
• One private 1:1 coaching session.
